Mea Token Platform Pre-Digitization API is intended to maintain the provisioning and its subsidiary processes between the Token Service Providers and Issuer.

Request Card Data	AmEx	+	(Optional) Mea Token Platform standard interface to retrieve card data. This endpoint may be utilized by for Issuer Pay and Mea value added products such as MPP and MCD.

Authorize Service	AmEx	+	(Required) Token provisioning authentication request as issuer decision in the digitization process. Issuer must review the authentication request and approve, decline or either approve with the request of additional cardholder identification & verification.

Authorize Binding	AmEx	-	(Required) Mandatory for support if Visa. Token to Device Binding authorization request. This is recommended for issuer to always request additional cardholder verification for this type of requests.

Deliver Activation Code	AmEx	+	(Required) Request with the One-Time password that must be passed to the consumer through a tenured channel previously selected by him.

Validate Activation Code	AmEx	+	(Optional) This request is only sent for issuers who decide to generate and validate One-Time password on its behalf.

Notify Service Activated	AmEx	+	(Required) Issuer notification on successful token provisioning and activation. This is mandatory to handle this request in order to notify consumers about the successful token provisioning into the third-party wallets. Optionally issuer may decide to accumulate all token related data from "Notify Service Activated" and "Notify Token Updated" requests depending on their business cases and internal reporting requirements.
